Exercises are individualized and based on the specific curve pattern, the degree of involvement as well as on the patient's age.

In order for the treatment program to be effective, it is important to work on a home exercise program 5-6 days a week for approximately 20-30 minutes per day.

In addition, it is also necessary to learn over time, to integrate the postural corrections into activities of daily living, work related activities and if applicable, into other exercise programs.

Below are examples of some Schroth exercises and postural adaptations.
